When attempting to complete the password reset through the App or User Portal, you'll receive a following pop up error message stating "Undefined" at the bottom right hand corner of the page. Error pops up when clicking the "Reset" button after typing in the new password to change it. The issue has been escalated to the Purpl Software Team and are actively working on resolving the issue.
