Error: Device not active for 3 days, please re-activate to make sure parameters are up to date


The error is usually received when attempting to register the device under the my devices tab or when attempting to slide the toggle and set parameters to activate the device. The error usually resolves itself and will go away after rebooting the app. If still receiving after rebooting the app and try turning your phone's bluetooth off and on and resetting the device. If still receiving constantly after rebooting the device, confirm if you are powering the device down at the end of the day after use or if it's left in sleeping mode. The error is more consistent if the device is left on the charge and powered on or in sleeping mode over night. Be sure to power the device down (both LEDs flash red) when turning it off for the day.
