Issue with device charging or holding a charge
Unfortunately the battery of the Purpl Pro does slowly drain even when fully powered down due a hardware limitation. It is from an engineering design error. Even though the lights are off, the LED drivers continue to draw power.
If fully charged and depending on use, battery life expectancy is between 3 to 5 days. If utilizing through out the day, battery may loose charge quicker.

If up to date on firmware and battery not lasting, it may be time for a replacement.
