Error: Opps! SensorType is Unknown, s/n not found in token.sensors


This error is typically received when trying to calibrate or measure with the device. Error will usually resolve itself after rebooting the app and resetting the device.

If you've completed the reset and still receiving the error, check the condition of the white reflectance puck. If that becomes dirty or skewed that can effect the calibrating and measuring stage. If the condition of the white puck appears to be good, reach out to Tech Support at purplhelp.com by submitting a ticket for further assistance.
