Error: Failed to Init Bluetooth Connection


This error typically occurs when a user attempts to register a device under the my devices tab in app. The error is caused when a specific device has been locked and made unusable within the Purpl System. A device is locked and de-activated when it's been reported and confirmed stolen/lost by a reseller or an individual user. 


If you receive this error, please contact Tech Support at purplhelp.com by submitting a ticket with the device Serial Number. Tech Support will be able to look up and see if the device has been flagged in the system or not.
