Error: No Active Device Found, Please Activate One


The following error is received when attempting to register the device for the first time in app under the my devices page. If you receive the error please reach out to Tech Support at purplhelp.com by submitting a ticket with your device SN (11 digit code on the back). Tech Support will need to re-add the device serial number to the database. Once re-added you will be able to register in app.
