Error: Opps! Predictor Failed to Run/Start
The following error can be received when attempting to complete a measurement. Completing the 10 second device reset will usually resolve the measurement error. If the device reset does not resolve the error please confirm the following.
1. Firmware is up to date to latest version 0.16.0. Article on how to check firmware version below.

2. The condition of the white calibration puck is in good condition. If the white puck becomes dirty or skewed it can effect the calibration and measuring stage and cause the error. Replacement pucks can be purchased on the web shop at getpurpl.com.
3. The sample is not too wet. You'll want to be sure to utilized dried cured flower.\
