Error: The device SN is already registered to another account. Deregister first or contact Support to reset Registration.


If you receive the following registration error, be sure to de-register in app before attempting to pair with another account. A device can only be registered to one Purpl account at a time. Please see the article below for How User Accounts work and Multi- User Accounts.
