With newer Iphone models, the following error has been reported when attempting to login to the Purpl Pro application over cellular data instead of wifi.
"Type Error: The internet connection appears to be offline."
If received, be sure to allow cellular data for the Purpl Pro app under settings--->mobile data/cellular data.
