You may encounter the following error messages when trying to perform a measurement with the Purpl PRO 2 app: 


"Error in Measurement! An unexpected error ocurred during measurement! Please try again."



"Measurements cannot be performed at the moment. Please try again later or contact support.: Request failed with status code 404"


These errors are due to a recent app update. Good news is, it's an easy fix. Resolution instructions:

  1. Uninstall the App: Remove the Purpl PRO app from your device.
  2. Reinstall the App: Go to the App Store or Google Play Store and download the latest version of the app.
  3. Log In Again: Open the app and sign in using your credentials.


This will reset the Product ID and resolve the issue. Happy testing!
