Iphone and Android Users will need cell service or Wifi signal in order to login and utilize the Purpl Pro Application.
Android users will also need to allow and turn on Location services. However your location information is not utilized or saved by Purpl Scientific Inc.
Cell Service and/or Wifi Signal is required in order to utilize the Purpl Pro App because it is a cloud based program. The Purpl Cloud is continuously open and actively maintained. Purpl Scientific will unfortunately be unable to provide a stand alone service or "offline" mode at this time. With having the program cloud based, Purpl is able to adapt our services much quicker and are able to keep up with the demands of the Cannabis Industry, such as updating our flower model, adding new testing features like hash, trim, and extracts. With having a cloud based system, it's much safer than a stand alone service.
