How to Reset Your Device
Proceed as follows:
- Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and unpair the Device. (Never use your phone's Bluetooth menu to pair the Device with your phone--the app does this automatically).
- Switch off your phone's Bluetooth transmitter
- Stop the mobile application completely. (Close/Swipe the application from the application drawer).
- With the Device switched on, hold the Power Button for 10 seconds, until both LEDs flash red. Keep holding until the LEDs flash red for a second time.
- Start the Mobile Application and reconnect the device through the My Devices page.
