Unfortunately, we are currently having some delivery issues with the +H2O Pack. In other words, we are getting reports of users buying but not receiving the upgrade.

After conducting a code review, we discovered some serious errors within the portion of the app that delivers our premium subscriptions. These errors did not affect any user data, or present a security breach. 

To properly address the issue, our store page needs to be rebuilt. We are estimating that a stable solution can be implemented in around two months. 

In the meantime, we are working on a patch to simply provide the +H2O Pack to all users for free. This should be completed in about 10 days.

When we have fixed our store page, we may once again sell the +H2O Pack.

If you bought the moisture pack, we recommend you cancel the subscription. Since the first month of the subscription is free, you should not have been charged.
